We recommend you come more than once, and at different times of the day to see how we work, and to meet the teachers and children in the centre.
When you visit, we can talk about the hours you would like your child to be at the Inglewood Community Childcare Centre. We offer four-hour sessions, six-hour days or full days (more than six hours).
If you decide that Inglewood Community Childcare Centre is for you and your child, and you have completed the enrolment process, you will receive a welcome pack filled with helpful information to start your first day in childcare with us. We will also let you know what to bring each day and give you information on our policies and procedures that guide us at Inglewood Community Childcare Centre.
Your first day
We will help you and your child to achieve a smooth transition from home to Inglewood Community Childcare Centre, become familiar with the new environment, and start to build relationships with our staff, other children and their families.
Securing your place
Our rolls are very full and our waiting list system ensures people who have been waiting longest get offered vacancies when they arise. Your child may be able to start straight away depending on your requirements, but at the moment the wait list is quite long, so we suggest you pop your child on it NOW by enrolling online!
