Kia ora my name is Glenis Hayman, I have four sons and am a nana to three beautiful grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
I am proud to say I have been a teacher at our centre from when it first opened on Mahoe St, then moving to Kowhai St and then to our wonderful new centre on Rata St.
I started my training while my sons attended play centre, gaining my supervisors certificate and I was made a life member of the Inglewood play centre. I then went on to start working in childcare in 1989 and gained my Diploma of Teaching ECE. I continue to enjoy working with tamariki and their whanau.
