My Name is Jenny Ahern, I’m a Taranaki girl born and bred. I have experienced life both as a townie and a country girl. Together my husband Tony and I have raised four children, and are blessed to have welcomed their partners into our whanau. I have four beautiful grandchildren, and you may have noticed my grand daughter Mia is a member of the Mahoe Room and loves to visit our room.
I have been teaching in Early Childhood for over ten years in various roles and centres, I have a Diploma of Teaching and Learning. I am proud to be a teacher in the Rata Room. I believe it takes a village to raise and child and the more love a child receives the better. I can’t wait to see what your child will teach me!
