My name is Kim Whale. I was mainly raised in Rotorua and have lived in Taranaki for the past 20 years. I have an adult son and who has blessed me with a lovely grandson.
I started my early childhood training in 1995 in Rotorua before moving to Taranaki where I finished my training. I have worked as an Education Support Worker with blind and autistic children. I have also worked in a variety of settings and positions. I joined the Centre 11 years ago and have the opportunity to work alongside of many wonderful families and their children who have and are attending the Centre. I look forward to meeting many more families and children in the future whi.e e tending on my learning as a teacher and supporting our tamariki to be confident and competent learners.
